3. How to File a Complaint
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please send an email to our Grievance Officer with the subject line “Grievance: [Subject of your complaint]” and include the following details:

- Link (URL) of the Content in Question:
- Date of Publication:
- Exact Nature of the Complaint: (Please explain clearly what part of the news report is incorrect or offensive).
- Supporting Documents/Proof: (Attach any relevant screenshots or documents that support your claim).
4. Our Resolution Process
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge the receipt of your grievance within 24 to 48 hours.
- Investigation: Our editorial team will internally review the reported content and verify the facts from our ground reporters.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve all legitimate grievances within 15 working days. If your complaint is found valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include modifying the content, issuing a correction/apology, or removing the content entirely.
Note: Anonymous complaints or complaints without valid contact information and specific content links may not be processed.
